showers, some with heavy rain in Arkansas east of I49. Movement was
slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it
rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum
amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Coverage, and intensity
increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this
evening, partly cloudy, temperatures 69 to 76 degrees with southeast
winds 5 to 10 mph.
