SOUTHEASTERN OSAGE...NORTHWESTERN WAGONER AND EAST CENTRAL TULSA
COUNTIES THROUGH 645 AM CDT...

At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 3 miles
east of Sand Springs, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
