2014, WHICH WAS THE COLDEST ON RECORD WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF
37.4 DEGREES.

MONTHLY PRECIPITATION WAS ONLY 53 PERCENT OF NORMAL. IT RANKS AS THE
