This hydrologic outlook includes the following rivers: Des Plaines
River...Fox River...Kankakee River.

For the Des Plaines River...including Russell...Des Plaines...Minor
flooding is occurring and is expected to continue.For the Fox
River...including Montgomery...Minor flooding is occurring and is
expected to continue.For the Kankakee River...including Shelby...
Minor flooding is possible.

For the Des Plaines River near Russell, the latest stage is 6.8 feet
at 7 PM Sunday. Flood stage is 7.0 feet. Bankfull stage is 6.5 feet.
Minor flooding is possible...with a crest of around 7.1 feet
Wednesday afternoon...which is 0.1 feet above flood stage.

For the Des Plaines River near Des Plaines, the latest stage is 14.0
feet at 8 PM Sunday. Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Bankfull stage is 13.0
feet.Minor flooding is possible...with a crest of around 15.0 feet
Tuesday morning...which is equal to the flood stage. Gage datum was
changed by 10 feet on November 14 2014. Flood thresholds and flood
impacts are now 10 feet higher than previous values.

For the Fox River at Montgomery, the latest stage is 12.9 feet at 7
PM Sunday. Flood stage is 13.0 feet. Bankfull stage is 12.5 feet.
Minor flooding is possible...with a crest of around 13.1 feet early
Tuesday morning...which is 0.1 feet above flood stage.

For the Kankakee River at Shelby, the latest stage is 8.8 feet at 8
PM Sunday. Flood stage is 9.0 feet. Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.Minor
flooding is possible...with a crest of around 9.2 feet Tuesday
morning...which is 0.2 feet above flood stage.
