The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Eastern Drew County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 457 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated nearly stationary
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen and an additional two or
  more inches of rain are possible. Flash flooding is likely to
  occur and street flooding has already been reported in McGehee.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Arkansas City...                  Lucca Landing...
  McGehee...                        Jersey Point...
  Masonville...                     McArthur...
  Halley...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
