* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ocheyedan River near Spencer.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, minor flooding of pasture land begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 7.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 8.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
    The magnitude of this rise will ultimately be determined by
    how much rain falls this evening.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
