.DISCUSSION...High pressure off the coast will keep a moist deep southerly
wind flow across the area. Scattered afternoon and evening convection
will diminish with loss of daytime heating. Lingering low level moisture
coupled with near calm wind will allow at least patchy fog to develop
overnight...especially in areas that received rainfall.
