.DISCUSSION...

RH recovery on Friday morning will be around 60 to 70 percent as
some clouds linger over the area.

Northwesterly wins are expected to reach 20 to 30 mph on Friday
with occasional gusts up to 40 mph. This will also bring in very
dry air along with it, as RH values drop to 20 to 25 percent during
the afternoon hours. Skies will be come mostly sunny by mid to late
morning into the afternoon hours. High temperatures are expected to
reach the upper 50s to low 60s.

RH will recover to around 70 to 80 percent Saturday morning ahead of
an approaching warm front. This front will become draped across the Mid
Atlantic by Saturday. This will bring increased RH as well as a 30 percent
chance of wetting rain by the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 60s with
minimum afternoon RH values in the 40 to 50 percent range. Winds will be in
the 5 to 10 mph range with an occasional gust up to 20 mph and be out of
the southwest early, turning westerly by the afternoon.
