.DISCUSSION...An upper level low pressure system off the California
coast is forecast to move slowly eastward and inland across central
California late in the week. This low will maintain unseasonably cool
and moist conditions across the area through Friday, and also produce
a slight chance of showers from Thursday night into Friday.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy then becoming mostly sunny. Patchy
                    drizzle in the morning.
Max temperature.....61-65.
Min humidity........60-65 percent.
Eye level winds.....West winds 2 to 4 mph increasing to 4 to 6
                    mph in the afternoon with gusts to 12 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 4 to 6 mph increasing to 8 to 12
                    mph in the afternoon with gusts to 20 mph.
