A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef FL out to 60 NM
  excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas...

At 311 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated to scattered strong
thunderstorms over the Atlantic waters, capable of producing winds
to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were moving east at 30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, small hail, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until these storms pass.
