offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered just E
of Nova Scotia will move off to the NE tonight into Sun, while
pulling a series of low pressure troughs E over the area. A high
pressure ridge will build SE towards the area Sat through Sun,
then move E over the waters Sun night through Tue night. Low
pressure will approach the area from the SW Tue night and Wed,
then move N into the SW waters Wed night.
