beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front will pass SE
of the area early today. A high pressure ridge will build SE over
the region later today through Sun night, then shift E across the
northern waters Mon through Tue night. Low pressure will approach
the SW waters from the W Sun through Mon night, then move NE
along the SE coast Tue and Tue night while lifting a strong warm
front N across the southern and central waters.
