.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will persist through Sun and then weaken
Sun night as a weakening cold front moves into the waters. The
front will pass SE of the waters Mon. High pressure will rebuild
E over the waters late Mon and Mon night, persist through Tue
night, then drift SW through Wed night. Low pressure will
approach the N waters late Thu and Thu night.
