...NOAA WEATHER RADIO KZZ-67 AT HALLS SUMMIT IS OFF THE AIR...

The NOAA Weather Radio transmitter KGG-98 at Halls Summit, Kansas is
off the air due to a communications failure. Technicians have been
notified but there is no estimated restore time.

The Halls Summit NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts on Channel 3, or a
frequency of 162.450 MHz, and services the following counties in
Kansas: Allen, Anderson, Chase, Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Greenwood,
Lyon, Osage, and Woodson.

Neighboring transmitters that service some of these counties include:

    WXK-91 at Topeka, broadcasting on Channel 4 or 162.475 MHz
    WXK-95 at Chanute, broadcasting on Channel 1 or 162.400 MHz
    WZ-2512 at Parker, broadcasting on Channel 6 or 162.525 MHz
    KID-77 at Kansas City, broadcasting on Channel 7 or 162.550 MHz
