Middle Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Matagorda ship
channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected to persist through the
end of the week with very low chances of precipitation ahead of an
approaching cold front. Weak to moderate flow could increase
slightly, resulting in Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions at
times over the next several days. A cold front will move through
the coastal waters early Sunday morning with northeast winds
increasing to 15-20 knots by Sunday afternoon. There is currently
a high chance that Small Craft Advisories will be issued for
Sunday. Conditions are expected to improve on Monday as high
pressure builds into the northwest Gulf of Mexico.
