...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very low wind chills as low as 0 to 5 below zero are
  expected at times overnight tonight and early Monday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chills of this magnitude could result in
  hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
