* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero expected.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana
  Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
  Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and
  Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
  taken.
