  mph possible.

* WHERE...Southern Oglala Lakota County, including portions of the
  Pine Ridge Reservation, Todd County, including portions of the
  Rosebud Reservation, Southern Foothills, Western Fall River,
  Bennett, Eastern Fall River, and Northeastern Crook.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
