04/26/2024 Howard NE NWS Storm Survey
This tornado touched down at 1252 PM CDT 3
miles SSW of Farwell, and lifted at 1258 PM
CDT just outside the south side of Farwell.
The rating was EF0, with an estimated peak
wind of 75 MPH due to damage to irrigation
pivots and trees. Scouring of the ground was
easily visible. The tornado had a path
length of 2.69 miles with a width of 50
yards.
