...Locally dense fog across portions of southeast Minnesota
through tonight...

A stalled surface warm front and abundant low level moisture on
top of a relatively cold snowpack has allowed areas of locally
dense fog to develop across portions of southeast Minnesota.
Visibilities have fallen as low as a quarter mile or less in some
locations. Visibility will improve as additional rain showers
develop and move through the region over the next few hours.
During breaks in the rainfall, expect sharp reductions in
visibility to develop.

If you`re traveling tonight, be aware of rapidly changing
visibilities and adjust your speed and following distance
accordingly.
