* At 853 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm northwest of Stono Inshore Reef to 6 nm north
  of Wappoo Cut, moving southeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
