.DISCUSSION...

Minor fire weather concerns today. Winds will start out of the
west southwest this morning, but will steadily trend to westerly
then northwesterly by this afternoon. Winds pick up as the
boundary layer mixes out around 10 to 11 am, with sustained winds
around 20 mph and gusts over 30 mph this afternoon. Conditions
will also be quite dry as humidities bottom out in the 20
percents. Fortunately, recent rains and warm conditions have
allowed for significant greening of fuels.

That being said, use caution when burning as winds pick up and
conditions dry out.
