.DISCUSSION...

Warmer and breezy today as south winds push afternoon temps into
the upper 70s. Peak wind gusts occur this afternoon with gusts of
up to 30 mph possible at times. Min RH dips down into the 40
percent range during peak heating.

Showers and thunderstorms are likely this evening, followed by a
switch to westerly winds tonight.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (25-35 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 75.
Min humidity........46 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5 to 14 mph shifting to the
                    south 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......4900 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southeast 7 to 13 mph increasing to south
                    around 28 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (2400 knot-ft) early in the morning
                    increasing to excellent (87200 knot-ft) in the
                    afternoon increasing to excellent (86400
