nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure far northeast of the state will shift south through
the rest of the week and dissipate as another high pressure
builds to the north. A weak trough northwest of the state will
move farther northwest through the week.
