Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
410 PM EDT Tue Apr 16 2024

.DISCUSSION...Well above normal temperatures will continue across
the area through Thursday. A frontal boundary will pass through the
area today and tonight providing a focus for widely scattered
showers and a few thunderstorms. An approaching cold front will then
bring a better chance of a more widespread wetting rainfall to the
area by Wednesday and Wednesday night. After a dry day for most on
Thursday, unsettled weather continues into the weekend with cooler
temperatures.
