WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE...Sabine Lake, Calcasieu Lake, Vermilion and West Cote
  Blanche Bays and Atchafalaya and East Cote Blanche Bays.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this
  evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4
  PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
