...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM CDT
FOR AMITE COUNTY...

At 1243 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Smithdale, or
10 miles west of Mccomb, moving southeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Liberty, Centreville, Gloster, Smithdale, Gillsburg, and Crosby.
