WASHINGTON...NORTHERN JOHNSON...NORTHERN CARTER...RUSSELL...EASTERN
SCOTT...WASHINGTON AND SOUTHEASTERN WISE COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF
BRISTOL THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 539 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Norton to 9 miles north of
Walnut Hill to near Central. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Johnson City, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Abingdon, Lebanon, Cleveland
Va, Walnut Hill, Coeburn, Bluff City, and Glade Spring.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
