West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weakening stationary front
extending S and SE over the waters from near Cape Hatteras early
today, will dissipate by this afternoon. Elsewhere high pressure
will dominate today, then shift E of the waters tonight. A weak
cold front will approach the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Mon,
slowly move SE over the N waters Mon night into Tue, then stall
over the central waters Tue night. The front will then lift N as
a warm front across the central and N waters Wed into Wed night
as developing low pressure passes N of the area. Another cold
front will move S over the N portion Wed night, stall Thu, and
then lift slowly N as a warm front Thu night.
