Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the N and central waters through tomorrow, then move
farther S to the W of the central and S waters through Fri, and W
of the S waters Fri night through Sat night. A coastal low
pressure trough will persist along the the central California
coast through tomorrow, then be across the central and S areas
through Fri and becoming weaker. Low pressure will move SE
towards the northern California coast Sat. An associated cold
front will move SE into the N waters Fri and the central waters
Sat, then move over the S waters Sat night and Sun and pass S of
the waters Sun night. Another cold front will advance into the N
waters Sun night. High pressure will ridge back towards the
California coast as a coastal trough develops along the coast
Mon. Please be advised that the USCG remote communications
facility at Cambria is experiencing technical difficulties.
