.DISCUSSION...
Warm, dry, and breezy conditions are anticipated Friday. Expect a
minRH between 10-15% in the afternoon and a high temperature in
the low to mid 90s, with gusty west winds developing over the
later afternoon hours. Stronger westerly gusts will develop after
3 to 4 pm PDT. Winds will favor a westerly component through much
of the period. Sustained wind speeds are expected to peak around
20 mph with gusts to 30-35 mph Friday evening, gradually calming
later in the evening and overnight. Moisture recovery overnight
will see a maxRH value around 45%.
