.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1 PM, a 1031 mb high was 300 NM west of Point Arena and a 1009
mb low was just south of the Las Vegas area. Weak onshore flow
and a coastal eddy will prevail through Thursday. Onshore flow
will increase slightly for afternoons and evenings Friday and
Saturday, with prevailing west to northwest winds.
