* WHERE...Western Millard and Juab Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on
  east to west routes. Blowing dust could reduce visibilities.
