WETTEST AND 82ND SNOWIEST WINTER ON RECORD AT HARRISBURG.

DJF AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: 33.2 DEGREES (+1.0F ABOVE AVERAGE)
DJF TOTAL PRECIPITATION: 10.62 INCHES (+2.12" ABOVE AVERAGE)
DJF TOTAL SNOWFALL: 17.6 INCHES (-6.8" BELOW AVERAGE)

FOR TEMPERATURE, DEC. AND JAN. WERE BELOW AVERAGE BUT FEB. WAS MUCH
ABOVE AVERAGE. FOR PRECIPITATION, DEC. WAS BELOW NORMAL, JAN. WAS
