  Southeastern Marion County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 938 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain in the warned area.

  FLASH FLOODING...     Expected.

  ESTIMATED RAINFALL... Up to 2 inches.

  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL...Up to 1 inch.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Fairmont...                       Pleasant Valley...
  Winfield...                       Barrackville...
  Monongah...                       Rivesville...
  Worthington...                    Baxter...
  Bentons Ferry...                  Colfax...
  White Hall...

This includes  Interstate 79 in West Virginia between mile markers
130 and 142.
