Fair skies and drier conditions expected through Wednesday. Min RH
dipping into the low 30s to low 40s across much of the area
during the day on Wednesday with light northwesterly winds.
Thereafter, expect winds to become southerly and RH to increase
starting Thursday with rain chances highest on Friday and
lingering into the weekend.
