AN UPDATE. THE FORECAST IS ISSUED ONCE DAILY BY 330 PM IN THE LOW SEASON
.DISCUSSION...The main theme for the upcoming week will
be increased offshore winds, particularly Tuesday and into
Wednesday. Some of the higher elevations and exposed areas will
have the potential to experience 30 mph wind gusts. Temperatures
will climb 5 to 15 degrees above normal with an increased
potential for curing of 1 and 10 hour fuels. Interior regions will
experience min RH between 20 and 30 percent, further drying out
fine fuels. The chance for wetting rainfall through the next 5 to
7 days remains under 5%.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
