.DISCUSSION....We are seeing south-southwest wind gusts between 30
and 40 mph within the the Lake Mead Natl Rec Area and Mohave County.
RH values generally 6 to 15 percent. A Red Flag Warning for the Lake
Mead National Recreation Area and northwest Arizona remains in
effect until 8 pm this evening. Less wind expected during the rest
of the holiday weekend. However, dry conditions and warmer
temperatures on Memorial Day are forecast. Campers enjoying the area
parks should obey any fire restrictions that have been implemented.
