.Synopsis... High pressure far NE of the area will weaken today. A
slow- moving low will rapidly develop N of the area Friday, and
linger through the weekend. The low will send a front across the
offshore waters from tonight through Sunday, with the front stalling
over eastern waters Sunday.

.REST OF TODAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to
6 feet. Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3 to 6 feet.
Northwest swell 5 feet. Scattered showers.
.FRIDAY...South to southeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming north
15 knots on Kauai late in the day. Wind waves 3 to 5 feet.
Northwest swell 6 feet. Hazy. Scattered showers.

.FRIDAY and FRIDAY NIGHT...Front over central waters. NW half, NW to
N winds 15 to 20 kt. SE half, SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt, except up
to 25 kt N of 23N E of 158W. Seas 6 to 8 ft, becoming 6 to 12 ft
Friday night, highest NW.
