This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON...

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible south of a line from
Flagler, Colorado to Leoti, Kansas this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

A High Wind Watch is currently in effect for the entire Tri State
region for Tuesday afternoon and evening. The strongest winds look
to occur east of Highway 25 at this time...during the evening hours.
Patchy blowing dust may cause reduced visibilities.

A Red Flag Warning for extremely critical fire weather conditions
has been issued for several counties Tuesday. Any fires that start
may exhibit erratic behavior due to strong winds and very low
humidity and be particularly difficult to control.

On Friday, heavy rainfall will be possible in portions of the area
associated with a slow moving storm system.
