northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

The Tri State region will be under a risk for severe thunderstorms
this afternoon and evening. Threats will include large hail,
damaging winds and even possible tornadoes. Locally heavy rainfall
is also possible, creating a potential flooding threat in some
areas.
