Heavy Rainfall: Showers and thunderstorms will develop across the
region early this afternoon and continue into early evening. Slower
moving storms and high rainfall rates could produce localized
flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas, particularly in
locations that received significant rainfall on Saturday.
