.DISCUSSION...

Current conditions near the burn site are a temperature of 57 degrees,
a RH of 65 percent, and south southwesterly winds around 7 mph. Winds will
turn more southwesterly and increase up to around 15 mph as the morning progresses.
A cold front will move through in the noon to 1 pm time frame, turning winds to
northwesterly, with gusts up to 25 mph. Minimum afternoon RH should drop to around 35
percent.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms
                    through the day.
CWR.................7 percent.
