.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...North winds will continue
to ease and steep seas will steadily subside through tonight. Mild
marine conditions will develop on Friday and Saturday with moderate
north winds and smaller swells impacting the coastal waters.
Conditions will begin to deteriorate on Sunday with gales possible
early next week.
