...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL MESA COUNTY
THROUGH 515 PM MDT...

At 443 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Palisade, or 11 miles east of Grand Junction, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Grand Junction, Palisade, Clifton, Orchard Mesa, Cameo, and
Fruitvale.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 34 and 50.
 U.S. Highway 50 in Colorado between mile markers 35 and 38.
 Colorado 65 between mile markers 59 and 61.
 Colorado 141 between mile markers 157 and 162.
