Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
1022 AM CDT Thu Apr 19 2018

Sunny skies prevailed across the area during the morning hours.
Temperatures at 10 AM were in the upper 30s to lower 40s.

High pressure will build into the region today, bringing mostly
sunny skies, lighter winds and the start of moderating
temperatures. Even with warmer temperatures today, we will still
be close to 10 degrees below normal.

As the high pressure moves into Wisconsin tonight, clear skies
and light winds will lead to a chilly night. Some fog is expected
across the area. Most locations are expected to be 10 to 15
degrees below normal. The high pressure will remain over the
region on Friday, keeping mostly sunny skies and light winds in
the forecast. Temperatures will continue to moderate, but still
remain below normal.

The main warm-up continues this weekend as winds begin to have a
more southerly component. Temperatures are expected to be at or
even slightly above normal by Sunday. The exception will be near
Lake Michigan where onshore winds to keep readings 5 to 10 degrees
cooler than inland locations.
