...STRONG WINTER STORM WILL BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF MODERATE TO
HEAVY SNOW AND MIXED PRECIPITATION...

Snow continued from Marinette to Green Bay to Oshkosh eastward to
the Lake Michigan shoreline as of late this morning. Meanwhile,
scattered snow showers mixed with sleet were noted across west-
central into south-central Wisconsin which moving rapidly
northward.

The snow showers should move across central and northeast Wisconsin
through late this afternoon. Some of the heavier snow showers
will produce brief heavy snow with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches
per hour and visibilities below one half mile. Motorist should
anticipate rapidly changing visibilities in and near the snow
showers and snow covered and slippery roads. Outside the snow
showers, freezing drizzle is also possible.

For tonight into Sunday, the next round of heavy snow and mixed
precipitation is expected to arrive this evening into early Sunday
morning and continue through much of Sunday. Travel is expected to
become very difficult again tonight through much of Sunday due to
the heavy snow, mixed precipitation and strong winds resulting in
snow covered and slippery roads and poor visibilities for
motorists.
