  Windward Waters, Maalaea Bay, Pailolo Channel, Alenuihaha
  Channel, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast
  Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
