Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 1/10 of the waves. AMZ400-102115- Synopsis for Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 nm- 613 AM EDT Fri May 10 2024 .SYNOPSIS... A cold front to the north of the area will progress southeastward across our local waters this afternoon and evening. Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected this morning, then again during the afternoon hours ahead of this front. Winds will shift to northerly in the wake of the frontal passage on Friday night and Saturday morning, with weak high pressure the expected to build eastward over waters on Saturday night, and persisting through Sunday. This weather pattern will result in onshore wind development on Sunday afternoon, with onshore winds then strengthening on Monday night ahead of an approaching warm front. Showers and thunderstorms will overspread our local waters by late Monday night as this warm front lifts northeastward across our area. .GULF STREAM...
