Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
556 AM EDT Wed Apr 24 2024

...Low Relative Humidity Thursday Afternoon...

.DISCUSSION...Light rain showers will exit early today, with
a drier and cooler air mass moving into the area. Following the
potential for some patchy frost in the valleys Thursday morning,
relative humidity values will drop to between 20 and 30 percent
across many locations in the afternoon. Fortunately, 20 foot
winds look to average less than 10 mph. Warmer weather and
small chances of rain return by the end of the work week and
through the weekend.
